We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return is at your expense.
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.
Returns of orders are the responsibility of the Customer and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. In case of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received within 14 days, by bank transfer.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any complaints.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund cannot be made.
